- But maybe instead of adding more slots or taking up ones in the hotbar, you should suggest to instead be able to place gathering tools in the ingredient pouch or something, two hotbar slots IS NOT enough space in the hotbar, especially since most people don't enjoy doing professions. Multi-Hotbar Mod 1.12.2/1.11.2 is a Minecraft mod that extends Minecraft’s hotbar past nine slots.
Features:
- Scroll through all hotbars.
- Tap a hotbar key (e.g. 1, 2, 9) multiple times to change hotbar selection.
- Hold ALT (configurable) and scroll to change hotbars.
- Hold ALT and press a hotbar key (1-4) to go to that hotbar.
- Toggle the hotbar with the grave (‘ ) key.

How to install:
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge and Multi-Hotbar Core.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
- On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
